We can provide support to adults with issues such as chronic pain, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, chronic conditions, fatigue, feeling stressed or overwhelmed, difficulties coping at work or at home, loss of role (e.g. through retirement, separation, illness), lack of meaning or purpose in life, poor sleep, lack of self-confidence, feelings of failure or loneliness, struggling with relationships and lifestyle challenges (eg weight management, quitting smoking).
