Stop ringing around. Refer a client to a provider who actually has room — and actually calls back.

Send your client’s needs once. We send it only to providers who’ve confirmed they’re accepting new participants, chase them until one responds, and tell you who did. Free, always.

Your details (providers contact you, not the client)
Free for coordinators. No account needed.

How it works

  1. 1
Tell us what your client needs

Support type, suburb, funding and anything a provider should know. Two minutes, no account. Never your client's name or NDIS number.

  2. 2
We send it only to providers with confirmed capacity

Not a scraped list — 160 providers have personally confirmed they're accepting new participants, timestamped and expired when stale. Your referral goes to the three closest matches.

  3. 3
We chase until someone actually responds

Each provider gets a one-click confirmation. If nobody confirms within 72 hours we pass it to others with capacity. You get an email the moment a provider confirms they've been in touch — so you can tell your client who's calling.

Questions coordinators ask

Who contacts whom?

Providers contact you, the coordinator, to arrange intake — never the client directly. You stay in control of the handover.

Does it cost anything?

No. It's free for support coordinators, LACs and plan managers, and always will be. Providers can't pay to appear in your referral results — placement is by confirmed availability and location.

How do you know a provider really has capacity?

Each provider confirmed it themselves through a secure link we send them. Confirmations are timestamped and automatically expire after 60 days if not renewed, so you never get an "accepting" flag that's six months old.

What if none of them respond?

That's the point of the tool. Providers get a reminder at 24 hours; if nobody has confirmed contact by 72 hours we send the referral to two more providers with capacity and let you know. Providers who repeatedly ignore referrals lose their "accepting" status.

What about my client's privacy?

Please don't include your client's name, NDIS number or anything identifying — a support type, suburb, funding type and needs are all a provider requires to say yes or no. Your own details are only shared with the providers we send the referral to.
