Top NDIS Australia is a free, independent place for families to find and compare NDIS providers near them. Everything on this page is free to use: print it, email it, or put it on your website. Type your practice name once and it’s all personalised.

It goes on the printouts and into every link below, so we can tell you how many families you’ve pointed our way. Nothing else is tracked.

Subject: Finding supports after today — a place to start
Hi [name],

Thank you for today. Families often tell us the hardest part comes next: working out which providers to contact and who actually has room.

A free, independent site we point families to is Top NDIS Australia. You can find and compare NDIS providers near you — occupational therapy, speech, psychology, behaviour support and more — with verified details, reviews and current availability. When you enquire through it, they follow up to make sure the provider gets back to you.

The short guide "Your child has just been diagnosed: the first 90 days" is a good place to begin.

Warm regards,

Subject: Your plan is approved — finding providers
Hi [name],

Congratulations on the plan. The next step is choosing providers, and it doesn't need to mean ringing around.

Top NDIS Australia is a free, independent site where you can find and compare providers near you, see which funding types they accept and who's currently taking new clients, and enquire once — they follow up with the provider so you're not left waiting.

Their guide "Your child's NDIS plan is approved: the first month" walks through the first few weeks in plain language.

Kind regards,
[your practice]

When you can't take someone on

Full books, wrong fit, or outside your area.
Subject: Other providers who may be able to help
Hi [name],

Unfortunately we're not able to offer an appointment at the moment, and I'm sorry we can't help directly.

Rather than ringing around, this free independent site lets you find and compare providers near you and shows who's currently taking new clients. If you enquire through it, they follow up to make sure the provider gets back to you, and suggest others if not.

I hope you find the right fit soon.

Kind regards,
[your practice]

Questions practices ask

What is Top NDIS Australia?

An independent directory of NDIS providers across Australia. Families can find and compare providers near them — verified details, real reviews, funding types accepted and current availability — and enquire for free. We're not a provider, not an agency, and not affiliated with the NDIA.

Why would I point a family here rather than to the Provider Finder?

Because it answers the questions families actually ask: who works with children, who takes plan-managed funding, who has room, what other families said. And when a family enquires through the site, we follow up with the provider and suggest others if they don't respond.

How does the site make money, and does it affect what families see?

Providers list for free. Some pay a subscription for extra features and a labelled Featured placement, which puts them higher on directory pages and in a few marked slots at the top of search. Paying never changes a provider's reviews or ratings, cannot buy a place on the availability list, and recognition awards are decided on reviews alone. Families pay nothing, ever.

What does it cost us or the family?

Nothing. The resources on this page are free, the site is free for families, and we don't sell anyone's details.

What do you track?

The name you type goes into the links, so we can tell you how many families came from your practice. We don't track who they are.

Coordinators: you can also refer a client directly.

Tell us the support type, suburb and funding, and we send it to providers with room and chase them for you.
