TopNDISAustralia
For peak bodies, plan managers, coordinators & clinics

Put live NDIS availability on your own site. Free.

The question your members, clients and patients ask most is “who’s actually taking new clients?” This widget answers it on your page, from a dataset of 156 providers who have each confirmed their own availability — dated, auto-expiring, and impossible to buy a place on.

Paste it anywhere HTML is allowed — a page, a sidebar, a newsletter landing page. The second line keeps the height tidy; it’s optional.

Questions organisations ask

What does it cost?

Nothing. The widget is free for any organisation that supports NDIS participants — peak bodies, plan managers, support coordinators, clinics, schools, councils. There's no tier that unlocks more; everyone gets the same live data.

Where does the data come from?

From the providers themselves. Each one confirms their availability through a secure link we send them, the date of confirmation is shown, and any confirmation older than 60 days drops off automatically. Nothing is scraped or assumed, and a provider cannot pay to appear — only confirming genuine availability gets them on the list.

Will it show our branding or yours?

Yours, by absence. The widget is a plain card that takes your page's width, with one small line of credit at the bottom so a visitor knows where the data comes from. We don't put logos, banners or calls to action in it.

Does it track our visitors?

No. The embed carries no analytics beacon and sets no cookies. If a visitor clicks through to a provider, the link carries a tag naming your organisation so we can tell you how many people you've helped — nothing more.

Can we get the data another way?

Yes. If you'd rather have a JSON feed for your own app or a monthly capacity report for your state, email mike@topndisaustralia.com and we'll set it up.

Want it tailored — a region, a feed, a report for your members?
