Chronic Pain and Mental Health Occupational Therapy Services Be Inspired Group aims to help you to live the life you aspire to live, by helping you to overcome and manage the challenges and difficulties getting in the way. We can provide support to adults with issues such as chronic pain, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, chronic conditions, fatigue, feeling stressed or overwhelmed, difficulties coping at work or at home, loss of role (e.g. through retirement, separation, illness), lack of meaning or purpose in life, poor sleep, lack of self-confidence, feelings of failure or loneliness, struggling with relationships and lifestyle challenges (eg weight management, quitting smoking). We also provide virtual reality therapy.
