Yes. The Free plan is free forever — no credit card required. Pro and Premium are optional upgrades when you're ready for unlimited review requests, the Quality Verified badge, and full analytics.
How does recognition work?
Every quarter we score every provider in every support type, in every suburb. Providers with the strongest verified feedback are recognised at suburb, state, and national level. The score blends review volume, average rating, recency, Google rating, and how often a provider responds to reviews.
How do I collect more reviews?
Generate review request links from your dashboard and send them to the people you support — or their families and carers — via SMS or email. You can also share a QR code. Leaving a review takes about a minute.
What's the difference between Free, Pro, and Premium?
Free gets you listed and lets you collect verified reviews and upload photos. Pro adds unlimited review requests, the Quality Verified badge, full analytics, featured placement in your service area, and an embeddable review widget for your own site. Premium adds multi-service listing, unlimited service areas, a featured provider story, and a rotating spot in the homepage spotlight.
Can I cancel anytime?
