The Holt Bolt was founded in 2013 by Richard Holt. The entire purpose of the Company and the Movement it represents is to create opportunities for people of all abilities and ages to achieve their goals. Our mission is simple; to identify the talents of the people we work with and create pathways and opportunities for them to share their talents and passions with their community. There are several ways that we do this; primarily through our 1:1 Physical Training/Exercise Physiology sessions, 1:1 Support work and group based programs such as sport and BELLS.
If you or someone you care for needs help accessing NDIS disability support, APM's Local Area Coordinators (LACs) can help. Our LACs help people with disability, NDIS participants, families and carers to identify and access the support they need. This includes helping you to realise your individual goals and aspirations by connecting you to community and mainstream services. LACs also work with these services and organisations to be more inclusive and supportive of people with disability. We are proud to provide LAC Services and our LACs are dedicated to helping you access the right support.
Local Personalised Services (LPS) was initially established to provide supports and services across the Wide Bay Burnett Region, however we are excited to announce we are expanding further throughout South East Queensland to help cater to the demand for quality services. LPS believes in ensuring that services are provided by locals in each area and managed by local heroes. This ensures that the services can be made flexible and responsive to each community and individual.
