What should I ask an employment support provider before choosing them?
Ask about their experience with your goals, how they match participants with jobs, whether they offer one-on-one support, and how they stay in touch after placement. Find out if they understand your specific needs and industry interests.
How are TopNDISAustralia reviews verified?
We collect feedback directly from people who've used the service and verify their details. Reviews are published as submitted to give you an honest picture of real experiences in Parramatta and beyond.
Can I change employment support providers if it's not working?
Yes. Your NDIS plan is yours to manage. If a provider isn't the right fit, you can look for another. Chat with your planner about swapping providers without penalty.
What's the difference between registered and unregistered providers?
Registered NDIS providers meet strict quality standards and are accountable to the NDIA. Unregistered providers may still deliver good support, but you have less formal recourse if things go wrong.
