Best Lives (formerly Essential Personnel) is a not-for-profit, registered NDIS provider established in Northam in 1986. What started as an organisation dedicated creating opportunities for people with disabilities to find meaningful, rewarding employment, has grown to offer more services, including independent living and community access supports. What started as a local initiative has now grown to support over 700 people across the Wheatbelt and Perth metro areas - including Jurien Bay, Moora, Merredin, Southern Cross, and Hyden!
