We are a life & social skills program for adults with disabilities from post school age to any age. We offer 2 hour program promoting healthy living practices daily exercise, healthy cooking, teaching of life and social skills. We also present opportunities every week to learn a craft project which can later be re created by attendants to make and sell for their mini enterprises online or local markets. After craft time we play games which encourage social skills learning how participate in groups by playing bingo, minute to win it and the like with loads of prices to take home and enjoy. We wrap up our session by dancing to favourite song requests and singing some great karaoke tunes 🙂 We all just love Bee Yourself Program 🐝🌻🙌🏼
