Hi, may name is Clare. I’m a certified Occupational Therapist, a child-centred play therapist, and an IFS-informed therapist. I offer in person and online counselling for children, teens, and adults, supporting a wide range of challenges including emotional regulation and sensory processing difficulties, neurodiversity, postnatal depression, disordered eating, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, depression, anxiety, and chronic pain or physical symptoms impacting mental health. I also work closely with parents to help them manage stress, support their child’s emotional regulation, and build stronger, more connected relationships at home.
