Our practice was specifically established to meet the needs of people living with disabilities in our community, and we are a proud NDIS registered provider. At Southern Star Care, we can support clients with NDIS funding to increase their independence, or assist those needing access. We specialise in accommodation, complex mental supports and personal care services, focusing on increasing independence, de-escalate behaviours, improve their community access and, where appropriate, strive to participate economically in society. We strive to make your journey through the NDIS as smooth as possible, building a care team around you, and allow you to lead your own journey, while supporting you.
