Inclusive Employment by Ontime is a local employment support service which delivers the Disability Employment Service (DES) program and we assist our Client's to improve their capacity for work by providing holistic services. We help guide and support employers and people with an injury, health condition or disability through recruitment. We also support employers and workers across the entire life cycle of employment encompassing recruitment, injury prevention, early intervention, rehabilitation, return to work, vocational and employment support services. Our services include job searching support, workplace assessments, training and health management, work assist program, free recruitment services and guidance on wage subsidies.
