We pride ourselves with being practical and reasonable with everyone we support. Core supports: Assistance with daily life - cooking, cleaning, shopping. Assistance with Social and Community Participation - going to meetings, holidays, catching up with friends, and transportation both private and public. Capacity Building: Coordination of supports - support workers and allied health, improved living arrangements - assisting with finding suitable accommodation, finding and keeping a job, improved life choices, and improved relationships.
