Therapy Providers in Lilydale — FAQs

How do I know if a therapy provider is registered or accredited?

Ask to see their professional credentials and registration with relevant bodies (AHPRA for allied health, ESSA for exercise physiologists). TopNDISAustralia reviews verify qualifications, but always confirm current registration directly with the provider.

What questions should I ask before booking an initial appointment?

Ask about experience with your specific needs, session location and flexibility, cancellation policies, how they communicate progress, and whether they bulk-bill or accept NDIS plans. Request a brief chat before committing.

How are reviews on TopNDISAustralia verified?

We collect feedback from participants and families who've used the service. We check for genuine accounts and remove spam, but we don't verify every detail. Use reviews as one tool alongside your own conversations with providers.

What's the difference between a physiotherapist and an exercise physiologist?

Physiotherapists focus on injury, pain, and movement after illness. Exercise physiologists design fitness and chronic disease programs. Both are registered health professionals. Your needs will determine which suits you best.

How do I get started if I find a provider I like?

Check their contact details on their profile or our directory. Call or email to ask about availability, discuss your needs, and arrange an initial consultation. Have your NDIS plan details handy if you're funding through NDIS.
