Rock SC is an NDIS registered provider approved to deliver both level 2 coordination of supports and level 3 specialist support coordination. At Rock SC, our primary goal is for you to feel that your support needs are being met. Support coordination is viewed as an ongoing conversation between participant and support coordinator around what supports are needed, and whether these needs are being met. Depending on your support needs, you may have funding in your NDIS plan for different levels of support coordination. Regardless of the provided level of funding included in your plan, our processes in place are designed to ensure consistent, quality supports that are always delivered in a safe, collaborative and time-sensitive way.
