Social isolation may have a negative impact on your health and well-being. We’re dedicated to helping you with social support so that you can extend your social connections and keep healthy and active. That is why in our centre, we provide a range of daily programs for people with disabilities in order for them to gain new skills and feel more motivated. We assist participants in breaking out of their routines and learning new skills by facilitating these programmes. These activities also ensure that participants interact and engage in the Community
