West End Support Services is a registered, family-owned NDIS provider in Ballarat, Victoria — one of the region's largest and most established disability providers. We support participants across Ballarat and nearby towns including Wendouree, Sebastopol, Delacombe, Winter Valley and Ballarat East. Our services include Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), Supported Independent Living (SIL), short-term accommodation and respite, Support Coordination, Individual Support, and day programs at our Activity & Leisure Centre. We often have SIL and SDA vacancies available.
