Peer Empowerment Support Services has developed from a lived experience of disability and chronic health conditions and an understanding that all anyone needs is some practical help and peer support to live the life they want. Peer Empowerment Support Services are available to people on the NDIS who are under plan management or are self-managed. We work with you one on one to determine just what you need and personally tailor our service for you. We provide individual support to people with disabilities to help them reach their goals and have full community access, through the following practical services.
