We do weekends away, STA's, day service, Independent life skills, employment support, drop in and recreational activities plus a lot more. Bridge Haven is proudly Family owned and operated and located in the heart of Belgrave we are also proud to be supporting the local community in and around the Yarra Valley, Knox, Casey and many other surrounding areas.
