The People Project is a not-for-profit organisation supporting communities across Tasmania through disability, aged care, and rural health services. We provide NDIS Support Coordination, Plan Management, and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, helping individuals and families navigate services and achieve their goals. As Tasmania’s Rural Workforce Agency, we also recruit and retain GPs, nurses, and allied health professionals in rural and remote areas, supporting a stronger, more sustainable health workforce. With offices in Launceston, Devonport, and George Town, we’re committed to delivering local, person-centred support where it’s needed most.
