She pride herself on being a passionate therapist who take the time to make a difference in the day to day lives of clients, every day. Face-to-Face consultations are available in your home, community or workplace. Telehealth, video link and online services are also available to allow you to access care from anywhere that’s convenient. We accept private, NDIS, Aged Care HCP, ICWA, DVA and Private Health Insurance clients.

Hi, may name is Clare. I’m a certified Occupational Therapist, a child-centred play therapist, and an IFS-informed therapist. I offer in person and online counselling for children, teens, and adults, supporting a wide range of challenges including emotional regulation and sensory processing difficulties, neurodiversity, postnatal depression, disordered eating, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, depression, anxiety, and chronic pain or physical symptoms impacting mental health. I also work closely with parents to help them manage stress, support their child’s emotional regulation, and build stronger, more connected relationships at home.

Rural OT Step by Step provides Occupational Therapy (OT) to children, adults and elderly in Narrabri, Coonabarabran and surroundings. We conduct home visits to recommend equipment / home modifications for elderly and/or people with a disability. We conduct assessment and treatment for children in our office and/or school and/or homes. We provide services to people with disabilities, such as Autism, Intellectual Disability, ADHD, CP etc. No diagnosis is required to access our services if you self-fund the sessions. We are registered with NDIS, DVA, Medicare and Private Health Funds.
