If you or someone you care for needs help accessing NDIS disability support, APM's Local Area Coordinators (LACs) can help. Our LACs help people with disability, NDIS participants, families and carers to identify and access the support they need. This includes helping you to realise your individual goals and aspirations by connecting you to community and mainstream services. LACs also work with these services and organisations to be more inclusive and supportive of people with disability. We are proud to provide LAC Services and our LACs are dedicated to helping you access the right support.

Our satellite clinics and locally based Allied Health Assistant team help our rural clients to connect with our entire team of health professionals through assisted therapy. These facilities, which we call our Community Hubs, generally operate between 9am and 3pm on weekdays but our Hubs also offer some programs that are on a Saturday or in the evenings. In our Community Hubs, you can receive the support you require, meet new friends and get out in your local community, all while learning new skills. Multicap Tasmania caters to many different needs and interests in a safe and supportive environment, both within our hubs and in the local community.
