If you or someone you care for needs help accessing NDIS disability support, APM's Local Area Coordinators (LACs) can help. Our LACs help people with disability, NDIS participants, families and carers to identify and access the support they need. This includes helping you to realise your individual goals and aspirations by connecting you to community and mainstream services. LACs also work with these services and organisations to be more inclusive and supportive of people with disability. Way Future Support Services is an Australian-based disability support service. It helps persons with disabilities increase educational and career opportunities.
