ConnectAbility Australia was founded in 1992 by a group of community members and families to meet the needs of people with significant disabilities to provide opportunities to access community based resources, facilities and services. In 2015, a decision was made to diversify and grow the organisation to provide supports and opportunities to other groups within the community and a merger between ConnectAbility and Jesmond Connected Communities was completed. We now provide a broad range of personalised supports to older community members, children and young people and people with disabilities. ConnectAbility customers reside throughout Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland and other Lower Hunter local government areas.

We are a nationally registered NDIS provider, our services include disability support services/programs such as occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech therapy, clinical psychology and mental health supports for children and adults.

Intereach is a not-for-profit community organisation working across the Riverina Murray and Murrumbidgee regions of NSW and the Mallee, Goulburn, and Loddon regions of Victoria. We provide information, services, and support to children and families, people living with disability, mental health, and older people in your community. Intereach is a NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) Partner in the Community. We are committed to developing community infrastructure and supporting rural and regional communities. Services include NDIS Local Area Coordination, NDIS Early Childhood Approach, Aboriginal Children, Families and Communities, Family Day Care, Family Links, No Interest Loan Scheme (NILS), and Reach Out And Relax (ROAR).

Red Frog for Families is an allied health service, based in Newcastle, NSW. We support our families with a range of therapies including; Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Psychology, Behaviour Support, Community Access, Disability Support Work, Allied Health Assistance, Assessments, Telehealth, Intensives and School Holiday Social Programs. Our multidisciplinary team of therapists work with people of all ages and disabilities, from paediatrics to adolescents and adults with developmental, behavioural and learning disabilities. Based in Broadmeadow, we provide services to local communities and surrounding areas including Lake Macquarie, Belmont, Charlestown, Cardiff, Kotara, the Hunter Region and rural New South Wales.

At Home Care is a registered NDIS provider delivering specialised disability and nursing services across Western Australia. We specialise in nursing and in-home disability care for individuals of all ages, including infants, children, teens, and adults.
