We offer a group support service, as well as one-on-one support for individuals with disability, of high school age all the way through to late adulthood, which can be accessed as often as you choose and that fits in with your NDIS goals and plan.

Muscular Dystrophy NSW is a membership-based not-for-profit organisation supporting and connecting people with neuromuscular conditions (muscular dystrophy) and their families. At Muscular Dystrophy NSW, our mission is to empower, connect and support people with neuromuscular conditions, and be an effective advocate for the neuromuscular community. We achieve this by providing: Information, support coordination and direct services such as camps and retreats. Events that bring people in our community together to share, learn from and support each other. A strong commitment to research into treatments for neuromuscular conditions, raising funds to sponsor individual researchers and research institutions.

Many times, it just makes no sense at all, and it can feel like you don’t belong. If only life was as easy to understand as the games you love to play. It’s for this reason that we built genU GAMER. It’s a safe and inclusive mental health program especially for gamers. We use gaming to build confidence in those who struggle with isolation.

Unlike 1:1 in home or community support, our day programs offer a social group environment outside of an accommodation setting or family unit that allows you to learn more about yourself and others. We are excited to announce that our Benalla site has completed renovations to improve accessibility and update facilities, making our services more accessible and enjoyable for all. Award winning Speech and Occupational Therapy for children. Our clinic is located along Walkerville Terrace and within the Walkerville Shopping Centre, opposite Woolworths. We are easily spotted when travelling along Walkerville Terrace as the clinic faces the street, but entry can only be gained from inside the shopping centre. Under cover car parking is readily available beneath the shopping centre, so you can access Kid Sense without going outside.

Sunnyfield Muswellbrook Hub delivers a range of 1:1 supports, social groups, Skills for Life and community access programs for people with disability aged 18+. This hub is wheelchair friendly.

Access able Connections provides personalised NDIS support services to develop and maintain independence, learn new skills or strengthen existing skills. Services are available to anyone seeking assistance to achieve a goal, no matter how big or small. Access able Connections team delivers individualised support while promoting choice and independence. Supports include: Plan Management, 1:1 Individualised Support, Personal Care / In Home support, Community Access & Participation, Social Support, Companionship & Company, Monitoring Wellbeing & independence, Assistance to attend appointments / shopping, Respite for carers / STA & Family Stays, Domestic Assistance and Yard & Garden Maintenance & Household tasks.
