Novita Community is a disability services provider offering personalised therapy, community supports, housing assistance, and assistive technology equipment to people with disability across South Australia and Broken Hill. They provide support across all life stages, including allied health therapy and community living opportunities designed to help people build skills and achieve meaningful goals.

Tolley House is a supported accommodation provider in Hope Valley that offers 24/7 active care to up to seven people with physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, or neurological conditions. The seven-bedroom facility includes private rooms with lifting equipment and nurse call systems, plus shared amenities such as gardens, a hydrotherapy pool, and entertainment areas. Clinical support and care coordination are provided in partnership with residents and their families.

The Parkside Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation. We provide personalised, family orientation, high quality disability and aged care services.

Care National Pty Ltd is a registered disability services provider and delivers services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme NDIS.

EPIC Assist provides a personalised service to people with disability achieve their employment goals. We support job seekers through their employment journey until our assistance is no longer needed.

We are a proud NDIS Partner servicing regional NSW. Social Futures is working with NDIS participants and other people with disability to set and achieve life goals, develop strengths and abilities so they can connect with key supports, make their own choices and live the lives they choose. Our local area coordinators (LACs) work with people with disability, their carers to help you understand and access the NDIS, to link you to information, support and services in your local community and to work with our communities to make them more inclusive and welcoming of people with disability.

Omnia Inclusive Employment Solutions is a nationally accredited provider of Inclusive Employment Australia and Youth NDIS services. They support people living with disability, injury or health conditions to develop employment, social and independence skills, and help them prepare for, find and maintain meaningful work. They also provide specialist recruitment services to employers seeking to build more inclusive workplaces.
