An NDIS registered provider offering a range of disability services to Mildura and the surrounding Sunraysia region. Supports are tailored to assist people with disability to live safely and comfortably at home and to actively enjoy their local community. Our services are person centered, holistic and respond to the needs and goals of our participants, their families and their carers. We listen to you, and together with you, we develop tailored programs and supports that ensure that you receive the type of services you want, where you want them.

Multicap Tasmania operates Day Services from locations in Wynyard, Burnie, Devonport and Launceston.​ These facilities, which we call our Community Hubs, generally operate between 9am and 3pm on weekdays but our Hubs also offer some programs that are on a Saturday or in the evenings. In our Community Hubs, you can receive the support you require, meet new friends and get out in your local community, all while learning new skills. Multicap Tasmania caters to many different needs and interests in a safe and supportive environment, both within our hubs and in the local community. Our qualified staff take a person-centered approach, and are committed to providing innovative and stimulating programs and activities.

If you or someone you care for needs help accessing NDIS disability support, APM's Local Area Coordinators (LACs) can help. Our LACs help people with disability, NDIS participants, families and carers to identify and access the support they need. This includes helping you to realise your individual goals and aspirations by connecting you to community and mainstream services. LACs also work with these services and organisations to be more inclusive and supportive of people with disability. We are proud to provide LAC Services and our LACs are dedicated to helping you access the right support.

AFS are bringing our vision to life by bridging the gap between the Medicare services and the NDIS services for those who need NDIS support. AFS was founded by two General Practitioners. Our aim is to strengthen NDIS participants with their disability support requirements while also providing access to GP services when necessary. Our group is guided by the highest ethical standards. We will support you to assess NDIS eligibility and help you through the process to obtain NDIS funding.
