Our transitional accommodation program at Brightwater Marangaroo provides a place where you can stay straight after hospital and receive the support you need. We will help you work towards the goal of moving back into the community. Our team will be with you at every step of your journey, to make sure you feel comfortable and at home. To be eligible, you need to be aged 16-65 years old, referred from a Perth metropolitan public hospital and medically ready for discharge from hospital. You also must be working towards the goal of moving into community living with supports, and eligible for funding through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) or other funding. Our Physiotherapists provide support for achieving motor milestones and improving strength, balance, coordination or mobility and managing pain. We are an NDIS registered provider.
