If you or someone you care for needs help accessing NDIS disability support, APM's Local Area Coordinators (LACs) can help. Our LACs help people with disability, NDIS participants, families and carers to identify and access the support they need. This includes helping you to realise your individual goals and aspirations by connecting you to community and mainstream services. LACs also work with these services and organisations to be more inclusive and supportive of people with disability. We are proud to provide LAC Services and our LACs are dedicated to helping you access the right support.

Mt Ommaney Hub hosts a wide range of social experiences and activities including sport, arts and craft, music and special activities such as trivia, discos, singing and day trips for people with disability.
