As a disability services provider in Adelaide, Hope Circle is registered to support individuals with complex disabilities, particularly those with forensic histories, mental health, and physical disability. In South Australia since 2019, we've developed a proven, holistic model of disability services based on partnership working with a client’s circle of supports. Being Registered Nursing led, our support workers have guidance and oversight provided by experienced managers who bring these skills to ensure that daily care is consistent with care plans. We are an implementing provider of behaviour support plans and regulated restrictive practices, where we have a strong record of reducing or eliminating a client’s restrictive practices.
