We allow 30 minutes for initial and follow up assessments. This is so we can spend quality time listening and understanding the situation of our clients, while ensuring full and thorough examination. Included in our initial consults, we provide you with a plan that includes a current diagnosis; your individual movement and assessment profile and the necessary action plan including exercises/rehabilitation for you to follow at home. If the injury requires further investigation we can also assist with referring you for X-rays and scans.
