One stop care is a disability and Nursing care organisation. Its nurses and support workers are experts in disability care services . This also include Assistance in Companionship Nursing, Household Tasks, and Assistance with Travel/ Transport to enable people living with a disability have access to the community and recreational activities. With so much experience working in the health care system, we felt it was the right time to make a difference in the community by directly providing care to clients in the comfort of their homes.
