If you’ve recently finished school, or you’re about to graduate, NDIS-funded School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) can help you make the transition from school to the workforce – getting you ready to land a job you love! With Blue Tongue Pathways, you get choice and control over your SLES service. Your coordinator will work with you to identify the field you want to work in, and which skills you need to develop to help you reach your goal. You can work on: -Foundation skills: such as time management, handling money, and travelling to and from work independently -Vocation-specific skills: identifying and learning the skills you'll need in your chosen area -Supported work experience: hands-on learning in the industry of your choice.
