About You Connect - Corporate Centre
You Connect (YC) is a not-for-profit organisation providing person-centered disability and mental health support across the Central Coast, Newcastle and Hunter regions. Assisting people from age 6 with a range of meaningful support services, we pride ourselves on being there as and when needed, so that every person can achieve their goals. Our support workers are sensitive to and inclusive of each individual’s culture, diversity, values, and beliefs and respect participant’s autonomy. We want all our participants to feel heard, safe and supported with us. (Formerly known as Youth Connections)
