YH Support is a registered NDIS provider committed to empowering people of all ages and abilities to live more independent and fulfilling lives. Our management team collectively brings over 72 years of experience in the disability sector, including roles within State Government (DHS), Federal Government (NDIA), and NGOs. We deliver a wide range of services including Supported Independent Living (SIL), in-home supports, community participation, household tasks, life skills development, and culturally sensitive CALD support. We also assist individuals to access the NDIS by gathering evidence, completing applications, and supporting people with ARF to gain NDIS access and become participants.
