X Physio is a health business that strives to assist with keeping you moving pain free. Our team consists of highly skilled Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists who combine their knowledge to provide valuable treatment to our patients. Ultimately we aim to empower our patients to achieve their goals through strength, mobility and education. X Physio combines hands on therapy with exercise therapy, but in a way that you may not have experienced before. We have over 1200 square meters of clinic, including private treatment rooms and extensive commercial gym equipment. Your physio will be an expert with hands on/ manual therapy, but, will also have far more experience with exercise prescription that your average physio.
