About Vital Occupational Therapy
Vital Occupational Therapy is a team of highly experienced clinicians (OT's) offering occupational therapy services across a range of disabilities and health conditions within your home and community. We are NDIS registered. Vital OT provides occupational therapy services throughout Perth's northern suburbs. We work with adults of all ages and abilities to maximise their independence in the home and community; particularly those with cognitive, neurological or psychosocial disabilities. Services include: 1. Comprehensive assessment of your capacity to function in everyday life- NDIS functional capacity assessment 2. Independent living skills training and support 3. NDIS home and living support needs assessment
