About Trusted Support Coordination
Trusted Support Coordination provides Level 2 and Level 3 Support Coordination services to eligible NDIS participants across ACT, NSW and VIC. Their assigned Support Coordinators work with participants to navigate their NDIS plans, coordinate funded and informal supports, and help achieve goals. They support all age groups and abilities, including younger people in residential aged care and those with psychosocial disabilities.
