About The Psychology Box
At The Psychology Box, we offer psychological services for children, adolescents, and adults. Located in Coorparoo, we aim to assist those motivated for therapy, helping them not only to feel better but to create lasting change. Our approach includes Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP) for adults and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for children and adolescents, tailored to meet individual needs. We believe therapy is built on a collaborative relationship that deepens understanding of core issues. Our goal is to foster meaningful change through a supportive yet challenging process.
