The Journey Community was founded in 2020 intending to make a REAL difference in our communities. We believe everyone is significant and has a unique part to play in this world. Our team comes from different backgrounds and have lived very different lives, coming together to make a positive impact. Our Support Services specialise in Community Access, Respite Trips, Fitness and Outdoor Adventure Activities. We can provide a range of support services directed by your needs.
