Tegrity Services is an Aboriginal-owned, NDIS-registered provider offering support work and support coordination across Sydney's Inner West, City and Eastern Suburbs. We match you with a small, consistent team of support workers you actually know — the same faces each week, not a rotation of strangers — and you meet your worker before supports start. We help with daily living, personal care, community access, getting out and building independence, plus support coordination that turns your plan into real, working supports. As an Aboriginal-led, culturally safe team, we understand culture, community and family — and everyone is welcome. Rosters are planned a fortnight ahead and our invoicing is transparent and matches your NDIS plan.
