About Supporting Your Independence
Supporting your independence was founded when many of our families identified that they wanted more choice and control over the support workers, working with their participants. Many participants and their families felt overwhelmed by hiring independent workers, managing staff, and invoicing process. Our aim is to give our participants choice and control over their support. We will work with you to source suitable trained staff that meet your needs. We will invite you and or your family to be apart of the employment process, We will work with you to deliver the supports at a time that suits you, giving you back the choice and control.
