About Social Futures/NDIS partner
We are a proud NDIS Partner servicing regional NSW. Social Futures is working with NDIS participants and other people with disability to set and achieve life goals, develop strengths and abilities so they can connect with key supports, make their own choices and live the lives they choose. Our local area coordinators (LACs) in Wyong work with people with disability, their carers to help you understand and access the NDIS, to link you to information, support and services in your local community and to work with our communities to make them more inclusive and welcoming of people with disability.
