OUR STORY We are a new NDIS provider in the heart of the Clarence Valley region of New South Wales. We are here to support our participants and their families with everyday activities, as well as social and community activities, to encourage them to participate in the things they enjoy and to have a purposeful and wholesome life. We make dreams happen and we achieve goals; something we are proud to strive on. We are all about our participants!
