Real Therapy Solutions Port Kembla provides Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Psychology and Positive Behaviour Support for children and adults across the Illawarra. Our team supports people with autism, ADHD, developmental delay, disability, communication challenges, sensory needs, emotional regulation and everyday life skills. We offer therapy in clinic, at home, in the community and via telehealth, with practical, family centred support tailored to individual goals. Our welcoming clinic includes a sensory gym and therapy spaces designed to help clients feel comfortable and supported. As a registered NDIS provider, we work closely with families, support coordinators and the wider community to deliver meaningful outcomes.
