Prosper Care and Support is a person-centred NDIS support provider based in Melton, working with participants across Melbourne's west and regional Victoria. We provide hands-on disability support work — in-home and daily living assistance, personal care, community and social participation, and help building everyday independence. Our support workers are matched to each person and support people to do the things that matter to them, their way. We work alongside people with psychosocial, physical, sensory, and intellectual disability, autism, and acquired brain injury.
