About Pinnacle Support Coordination & Services

Our Support Coordinators are there to take the time to listen and assist with a plan that is suitable to each individual their needs and goals. Our Pinnacle Support Services team is ready to put the plan into action and assist to reach goals with some fun along the way. Some of the activities and Services our clients enjoy with our qualified and experienced Support Workers are: Fishing, Swimming, Community Access, Golf, and Arts and Crafts. Trips in our fully accessable van. We also offer Domestic Assistance and Personal Care.
