At One-care we pride ourselves on being a team of young support workers who foster relationships based around trust and respect for participants we work with. One-care have the goal to providing high quality support for NDIS participants across the Daylesford/Macedon Ranges and Mount Alexander areas. We are experienced in working with a range of participants with varying support needs, and we recognise that all participants have the right to be heard, and supported to achieve their best independence and quality of life.
