My Physio My Health - Lightsview was established in January 2015, as part of the GP Super Clinic on Hampstead Road. With a wide variety of medical professionals working within the clinic, our patients can utilise the multiple healthcare services offered from the one location. At My Physio My Health - Lightsview, we offer a wide range of treatments using hands on Physio and group exercise programs, shockwave therapy, ultrasounds, dry needling, hydrotherapy & much more. We specialise in designing gym and home exercise programs to help our patients get the maximum benefit from their treatment. We utilise our fully equipped Physio Group Exercise studio to conduct equipment based individual and group classes for patients of all ages.
